WOTM Health and Wellness Focus Group has prepared a fabulous program to help keep us healthy during the holidays and all throughout the year.

  • Breathe Free The most obvious cures for anxiety, agitation, and stress are right under our noses! Dr. JoAnn Layford will teach us some simple easy breathing techniques that can be done anywhere to reduce stress, improve digestion, and eliminate toxins.
  • Secrets for Preventing Weight Gain Holistic Nutritionist Barbara Ann Grova will start us off with “Surviving the Holidays: Top 10 Secrets To ‘Soaking Up’ the Holidays Without ‘Soaking Up’ The Pounds”
  • Physically Fit Holiday Plan – You’ll learn how to keep your body moving during the holidays with fitness tips from Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Jan Michelle
  • Stress Rescue To keep you calm and focused during the holidays, Reiki Master Maggie Kalas will share a simple stress management technique she calls the “SAFETY net”
  • Attitude of Gratitude All will have an opportunity to express thanks and appreciation
  • Making Healthy Food – Our presenters will share delicious and nutritious recipes for healthy holiday eating offering a sample tasting and take-home recipe booklet
